By using SubTrial, you accept the following terms of service.

1. Description of Service

SubTrial is a free service for managing subscriptions and trial periods. The service allows you to save cancellation deadlines and receive email reminders.

2. Use of Service

• You must provide a valid email address. • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. • You may not use the service for illegal purposes. • Each user can store up to 10 subscriptions with two reminders each. This limit protects the email delivery from abuse.

3. Disclaimer

• SubTrial is currently in beta. There is no guarantee for the timeliness or delivery of notifications. • SubTrial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • We assume no liability for missed cancellation deadlines or financial losses. • The reminder emails are an aid but do not replace your own responsibility. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

4. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms of service.

6. Applicable Law

German law applies.
